If you could give just one piece of career advice to a transitioning military professional, what would it be?

Be open minded, and take a good long look at all of your options. There are a lot of great companies out there. Take your time, get educated, and make an informed decision.

What do you like most about working at Orion?

Orion is a great company with a great mission – helping veterans. As a former Army Captain, I get an opportunity to help other veterans find work, and I take a lot of pride in that. I also get to work with other veterans here at Orion on a day-to-day basis, which is rewarding in its own right.

Please share one interesting fact about yourself that you would like candidates to know.

I am a huge sports fan. I grew up in Cincinnati, and I am a lifelong Bengals, Reds, and Xavier basketball fan.
